Regular reiki treatments promote the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body. This allows people to feel less stress, enhances learning and memory, promotes mental clarity, and physical healing/ less physical pain. When the energy passageways are blocked, positive energy cannot flow to certain parts of the body, which results in mood swings, fear, anger, pain, illness, disease and more. Reiki can help keep these passages clear resulting in healthier, happier and balanced living.

Anyone who's health can improve can benefit,. As well as anyone open to change, since ALL healing involves change. Sometimes people come to reiki when they have explored many other avenues in search of help.

A Reiki practitioner is specially trained to attune the vibration of reiki. Much like radio or tv, these energy waves go unnoticed until we tune in (or attune) to the correct station. Acting as a conduit, the practitioner submits reiki through their hands and onto the recipient’s energy body in order to clear energy blockages and balance the body’s energy system. We all have life force energy flowing through us. Life force energy flows within the physical body through pathways called chakras and meridians. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. Life force energy nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. When this energy is disrupted it causes diminished function in one of more of the organs and tissues of the physical body. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected areas, clearing the energy pathways and allowing the life force energy to flow in a healthy and natural way.

Distance reiki is a healing technique where you do not have to be physically present to receive healing. The intention to heal is sent by the healer and received by the client in an instant transmission. The healer can then in real time access information about the client and transmit healing. This is explained in quantum physics, it is called the entanglement theory, when two particles of energy come into contact with each other they can share information with each other even if separated by time and space. 

Depending on your booking, a session could last between 15 minutes to 1 hour. Before your session we will discuss any isssues at hand and what you would like to get out of your session. You will be asked to lay down in the comfort of your own home as I work on you as if you were on my table in front of me. You don't need to do anything but close your eyes and relax. As I perform the session I channel warm soothing energy and release blocked energy. Some people fall asleep during their session because of the soothing reiki energy. You will always feel calm, at peace, relaxed, less pain, and uplifted after a session. Every session is very different! You may experience the energy in the form of hot or cold sensations, tingling, and pulsing, or nothing at all. Regardless of what physical sensations you felt during the session, reiki healing energy always knows where to go to heal and relieve the body and mind of suffering. It can be quite a beautiful and spiritual experience for most people.

I am a quadruple certified reiki master/ teacher. I combine Usui, Holy fire, and Crystal reiki in each of my sessions.
